SADDLE ORDERS
For saddle orders please contact us with an outline of your
requirements so we can send you an order form and discuss your
wants, needs, likes and dislikes as well as offer advise on
options available. There is currently a 6-8 month waiting period
for custom saddle orders.
STOCK
We do not carry a running stock of merchandise all work is done
in my workshop to your individual requirements. Craig Earley
custom-made saddles and tack may be built any way you want.
Ask for a quote for any of your ideas or features that you do
not see here.
CUSTOM ORDERS
These are made for you to your specifications. Deposits on custom
orders are not refundable after the product is in production.
If the custom product meets the specifications and descriptions
requested it is not returnable except due to defects in quality
of materials or workmanship.
PAYMENT
A deposit is required to confirm all custom saddle orders with
the balance to be paid on completion before shipping. To confirm
all other orders they must be accompanied by full payment.
INTERNATIONAL:

NEW ZEALAND:
Visa, MasterCard and Cheques.
SHIPPING
International orders will be shipped via New Zealand Post or
TNT Express World Wide.
New Zealand orders will be dispatched via courier.
Shipping costs available on request.
